Job Responsibilities

As a B2B Partner Success Manager, you will be the main contact for Viasat’s key partners, driving account management, partner relationship development and value delivery for Viasat's broadband products and services. You will perform a strategic advisory role to maximize our partners’ business based on our existing and future solution portfolio. You will utilize a combination of industry knowledge, business strategy expertise, product knowledge and account management experience to understand partners’ business needs, helping them to get a better experience with our solutions and providing new opportunities to diversify their market approach. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence partners’ and Viasat's future success.

  • To maximize customer experience, at the same time as revenue growth through a robust sales strategy, developing, maintain and executing a comprehensive Account Business Plan, which outlines strategic and tactical approaches for achieving your targets.
  • Identifies, pursues and develops stakeholders relationships and through these interactions deepens your understanding of their business goals, leading Viasat’s priorities to be a relevant strategic partner.
  • Uncover and drive new revenue generation opportunities by managing sales activities, from opportunity identification to contract award. Be accountable for partner success.
  • Lead and own post-sales processes and activities in order to create recognizable business value for Viasat partners.
  • Analyze your ongoing performance against your plan to develop monthly reporting including long term account strategies with both current and proposed activities, customer visits, revenue status and forecast.
  • Prospect, effectively qualify and develop new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams from new and existing accounts, services and products.
  • 10+ years in sales, service delivery, or customer success management experience in the telecom/satellite industry.
  • Ownership responsibilities in past roles, with a bias for action and willingness to role-up your sleeves.
  • Held roles where your enthusiastic and dedicated approach to connect partners with an understanding of their needs and ensuring they understand and realize the full value of our products and services was a large part of your responsibilities.
  • Developed deep customer relationships and managing assigned accounts to result in continued revenue generation and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • You have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Travel within Brazil required, including occasional travel to the United States.
  • Portuguese fluency and advanced English required.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA or equivalent strongly preferred.
