Job Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Configuration Management (CM) Analyst to support our Antenna Systems Business Area. As a member of the CM group you will work with program managers, engineers and other CM professionals to process hardware and software changes within a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software application, ensuring accuracy and completeness of drawings, schematics, software and/or documentation. The ideal candidate will be able to interpret and apply policies, processes, procedures and technical data standards and maintain awareness for continuous improvement opportunities.

  • 7+ years of experience in Configuration Management with both hardware and software
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to develop configuration and data management documentation based on program requirements.
  • Ability to facilitate Change Control Boards (CCB). 
  • Analyze proposed changes of product design to determine impact on overall product and system.
  • Ability to read and apply policies and procedures
  • Ability to interface with internal and external customers
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience processing and managing data submittals to government and partner organizations (Data Management)
  • Experience applying standards to drawings, schematics and software
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent computer and word processing skills
  • US government position. US citizenship required.
  • Up to 10% Travel


  • Experience with Agile PLM
  • Experience in Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry
  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Familiarity with EIA-649 and/or AS9100 a plus
  • Experience with Jira, GIT and/or Perforce as plus
