We are looking for a Digital & Ecommerce Manager for the US Fixed Broadband business. If you are passionate about growing customer acquisition and profitability, driving performance and strategy for online sales while proactively leading initiatives to meet sales and profitability goals, this could be the role for you! In this role, you will correct any shortfalls, act on opportunities to exceed targets and own the financial and operational success of Viasat’s online sales channel. Including residential and small business customers. You will report to the Director, Digital Sales & Marketing and support achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for new online orders. You will have the ability to lead efforts to test the site and ensure maximum uptime and efficiency. You will work closely with both the web development team to optimize the site, as well as the digital marketing team to attract potential customers.


  • Lead A/B testing and trials to optimize meaningful metrics and financial results
  • Work with internal partner teams to optimize marketing programs, promotions and analytics
  • Build and maintain internal relationships with customers, technology/platform owners, and business partners.
  • Carefully supervise results, establish sales quotas, and plan future sales targets.
  • Stay current on industry news and changes as well as competitive models and features.
  • Partner with Finance to agree on targets and budgets
  • Prepare weekly results updates for Executive leadership to summarize weekly performance, discuss emerging issues, and highlight wins


  • 3+ years of experience with web site operations with a focus on growing sales and sign-ups
  • Proven success improving meaningful metrics for web site performance and driving decisions backed by data
  • Experience with A/B testing optimization platforms
  • Experience in Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics for website and campaign performance reporting
  • Ability to prepare and present sales performance results to an executive audience
  • Skilled in MS Office, including proficiency in Excel
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Bachelor’s degree

At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. For Colorado-based jobs only: The minimum for this position is $127,050 annually; however, base pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
