The Role:

As Digital Marketing Executive for the EMEA region, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for developing comprehensive marketing strategies to acquire new customers across key segments and sales channels.

In this role, you will combine strategic marketing thought leadership with flawless execution to achieve sales goals during critical promotional campaigns. You'll be responsible for working with business leads and cross-functional partners across the enterprise to build and execute marketing plans to drive units, traffic and revenue across all sales channels. We're looking for a candidate who is excited to play a key role in the future of promotional and channel marketing for the brand and can serve as a passionate champion collaborating and performing successfully with many groups including sales, marketing communications, operations, field marketing and external promotion partners.

The position requires building successful marketing programs to acquire new customers and increase penetration among key market segments. To succeed, you will be able to establish strategic goals and rally support and resources internally and externally, at all levels, to meet them.

Responsibilities:   

  • Craft the pan-European strategic vision for our major acquisition and promotional marketing programs, developing the short, medium, and long-term roadmaps for these programs to achieve demand and sales objectives.
  • Responsible for driving key business metrics such as year over year net adds and market penetration within key segments.   
  • Flawlessly execute our national promotions, leading strategy, go-to-market and results tracking/analysis. Coordinate closely with consumer marketing peers, sales channels, marketing communications and field marketing.   
  • the business to guide mass media and direct marketing programs that drive growth and lead generation/acquisition.   
  • Partner with sales leaders on internal sales competitions that drive incremental sales. Work cross-functionally with internal communications, sales, & agency partners to create programs, report on results monthly and manage logistics for winners. Coordinate closely with field communications leads to ensure buy-in across the organization.   
  • Manage relationships and programs to drive incremental sales and product adoption. Coordinate with HQ and field operations, engineering and product teams, among others, to negotiate and build solutions.   
  • Drive go-to-market execution for new products as needed, partnering closely with cross-functional teams for successful execution.   
  • Manage digital and online marketing activities (SEM,SEO, mobile and display)
  • Serve as strategic lead and subject matter expert for promotional and segment marketing efforts across the organization, advising and partnering with marketing communications, media, customer experience, field marketing, direct marketing, and others as needed.   
  • Research and provide analysis on competitor promotional, seasonal and channel marketing programs.   

Requirements:

  • Bachelors and/or Master’s degree or equivalent experience.   
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in a business-to-consumer environment with a passion for promotional marketing to drive topline business growth.   
  • Experience developing and executing marketing strategies to grow new customer acquisition.
  • Demonstrated experience in digital and online marketing.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and recommend effective implementation plans designed to drive results.  
  • Ability to drive change, championing a vision and bringing it to live by executing short, medium and long-term tactical plans.   
  • Proven track record working with and influencing cross-functional teams, as well as establishing an internal network of relationships at all levels of the organization to drive results.   
  • Ability to drive change and performance in a matrixed, consensus-based organization where successful collaboration and communication are required at all levels.   
  • Demonstrated success in managing a complex workload with multiple priorities and tight deadlines with a focus on measuring results and improving performance.   
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in a fun but fast paced and changing environment.   
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
