Job Responsibilities
In this position, you will support the head of the Broadband Services team and the senior leaders within his organization. You will demonstrate your high energy, teamwork skills, and ability to prioritize and organize as you provide administrative support, coordinate activities between departments, manage requests, coordinate domestic and international travel, process expense reports, manage heavy calendars, and process invoices. You must have superb relationship and customer service skills and be prepared to quickly respond to changes in direction. Key responsibilities and requirements include:
  • Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to interface with personnel from various departments and cultures at all levels within the organization
  • Global awareness and implications for travel (safety, health, geopolitical, etc.), expense reports (currency exchange, etc.), and managing calendars across global time zones.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Poise and ability to work gracefully under pressure 
  • Managing on-site and off-site virtual and in-person meetings, including scheduling, catering, etc.
  • Problem-solving aptitude 
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple priorities, supporting multiple leaders and functional areas in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintaining discretion with potentially sensitive and confidential information

  • 10+ years of work experience providing executive administrative support
  • Specific Technologies/Experience:
           - Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio)
           - Advanced web-based tool skills (SharePoint, Concur)
           - Proficient with Oracle, WebEx, Globalmeet, Zoom, Slack 
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders distributed globally


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  •  Tech Industry
