Job Responsibilities
The Operations Program Analyst (OPA) is a member of cross-functional production program teams that are accountable to the Business Area to ensure timely delivery of products to both external and internal customers. The OPA coordinates various aspects of production program requirements amongst representatives from New Product Introduction (NPI), test engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, production planning, and quality assurance. The OPA will work with Production Control to ensure kits arranged and pulled in support of production, tracks WIP and provides status updates on production progress, as well as attending/leading daily stand-ups and reporting on production status.
The OPA possesses excellent organizational & communication skills, is process-oriented and is adept at quickly adapting to a constant changing environment. Eliminates challenges and obstacles

Requirements
- Bachelors degree or higher in technical disciplines such as Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Ability to analyze and act to mitigate risk
- Ability to implement, track, and manage cost controls to meet negotiated cost objectives through Excel, JIRA, or other systems
- Excellent organization and communications skills
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing MS Office or Project
Preferences
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and initiatives and ability to use them to drive and monitor continuous improvement
- Previous work experience in manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of ERP software tools with strong preference for Oracle experience
- Ability to comprehend production test strategies and drive optimization of tests
