Viasat is looking for an intern to join our SiGe/CMOS RFIC Design Engineering team. We are seeking an intern who demonstrates high academic achievement, strong motivational skills, and who have the capability to work in several disciplines.

Location

This team typically works out of the Tempe office location. If you are offered a full-time opportunity after the internship concludes, you may be required to relocate in the future. Please consider your interest in this location for future opportunities when you apply.

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a Master's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering
  • Previous experience or exposure in RFCMOS/SiGe RFIC design and related CAD tools
  • Previous or current coursework in:
    • Analog IC design 
    • Electromagnetism
    • RF and Microwave circuit design
    • Semiconductors
  • Ability to travel up to 10%
  • Ability to commit to a 10-12 week summer internship
Preferences
  • Previous relevant internship experience
