Responsibilities 

As an RF Technician, you are responsible for technical functions in support of production activities such as assembly, test, and modification of production electro-mechanical systems and specialized test equipment.  Applications will include analog, and/or digital modules. You will be tasked with conducting complex electronic tests, operational test and fault isolation on systems and equipment and detailed experimental testing. Then you will document/report test results in order to collect design data, assist in new development work and determine methods or actions to remedy malfunctions.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher in Advance Electronic Technician, Applied Electronics, Applied Science in Electronic Technology, Electronics Technology, High Frequency Electronics or related/equivalent
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Basic electronics knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 10%

Preferences

  • Previous internship experience
  • Knowledge of radio frequency design
  • Previous experience doing bench testing/characterization
  • Previous experience performing microwave test measurement
  • Microwave test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzer, Power Meter, Noise Figure Meter, and/or Oscilloscope
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
