Job description
This position provides an outstanding customer-centric design opportunity to develop groundbreaking technologies and work closely with our customers to develop multi-function systems from concept to implementation of our nation's most critical defense programs. This includes, advancing our phased array product/technology roadmaps, developing algorithms, supporting integration and test development.
In this exciting and dynamic role, you will report into the Multi-Functions Solutions (MFS) business area while working on a team with diverse strengths to identify, pursue, capture, and execute high priority opportunities that support our strategic growth goals.
Requirements
- 8+ years Communications, EW or Radar Systems design experience Both would be nice
- Experience working with interdisciplinary teams including Business Development, Systems, Software, RF, FPGA design, and others
- Strong analytic/mathematics background with experience in system modeling, simulation, and analysis
- Strong system, software, or test background including design and implementation
- Strong technical leadership
- Active Clearance or ability/desire to acquire clearance Secret -
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- U.S. Government Position. U.S. Citizenship Required
- Up to 10% domestic travel
- M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Understanding of model-based system engineering techniques
- A strong technical background in RF systems (RADAR, EW, communications)
- Prior experience on phased array or MIMO systems
- Experience with L2 and L3 network management and implementation of network stacks
- The ability to lead trade studies and architect innovative solutions to difficult technical problems
- Hands on work using lab test equipment
- Willing to obtain a DoD TS SCI clearance (or held one in the last 2 years)
