Job Responsibilities

This position provides an outstanding customer-centric design opportunity to develop groundbreaking technologies and work closely with our customers to develop multi-function systems from concept to implementation of our nation's most critical defense programs. This includes, advancing our phased array product/technology roadmaps, developing algorithms, supporting integration and test development.

In this exciting and dynamic role, you will report into the Multi-Functions Solutions (MFS) business area while working on a team with diverse strengths to identify, pursue, capture, and execute high priority opportunities that support our strategic growth goals.

Requirements

  • 8+ years Communications, EW or Radar Systems design experience Both would be nice
  • Experience working with interdisciplinary teams including Business Development, Systems, Software, RF, FPGA design, and others
  • Strong analytic/mathematics background with experience in system modeling, simulation, and analysis
  • Strong system, software, or test background including design and implementation
  • Strong technical leadership
  • Active Clearance or ability/desire to acquire clearance Secret -
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
  • U.S. Government Position. U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Up to 10% domestic travel
Preferences

  • M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • Understanding of model-based system engineering techniques
  • A strong technical background in RF systems (RADAR, EW, communications)
  • Prior experience on phased array or MIMO systems
  • Experience with L2 and L3 network management and implementation of network stacks
  • The ability to lead trade studies and architect innovative solutions to difficult technical problems
  • Hands on work using lab test equipment
  • Willing to obtain a DoD TS SCI clearance (or held one in the last 2 years)
