Job Responsibilities

This position provides an outstanding customer-centric design opportunity to develop groundbreaking technologies and work closely with our customers to develop multi-function systems from concept to implementation of our nation's most critical defense programs. This includes, advancing our phased array product/technology roadmaps, developing algorithms, supporting integration and test development.

In this exciting and dynamic role, you will report into the Multi-Functions Solutions (MFS) business area while working on a team with diverse strengths to identify, pursue, capture, and execute high priority opportunities that support our strategic growth goals.

Requirements

8+ years Communications, EW or Radar Systems design experience Both would be nice
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams including Business Development, Systems, Software, RF, FPGA design, and others
Strong analytic/mathematics background with experience in system modeling, simulation, and analysis
Strong system, software, or test background including design and implementation
Strong technical leadership
Active Clearance or ability/desire to acquire clearance Secret -
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
U.S. Government Position. U.S. Citizenship Required
Up to 10% domestic travel

Preferences

M.S. or Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Understanding of model-based system engineering techniques
A strong technical background in RF systems (RADAR, EW, communications)
Prior experience on phased array or MIMO systems
Experience with L2 and L3 network management and implementation of network stacks
The ability to lead trade studies and architect innovative solutions to difficult technical problems
Hands on work using lab test equipment
Willing to obtain a DoD TS SCI clearance (or held one in the last 2 years)
