Enhancing communication all around the globe for a wide range of government and commercial customers, our organization is both complex and flexible in how we meet the world’s growing connectivity needs. As the Customer Operations Data Specialist, you will be empowered to leverage your initiative and collaboration skills by supporting the customer operations team in various transactions and administrative activities. Your organizational skills will come in handy as you prioritize requests, track tasks, and maintain files across many platforms. Accuracy and attention to detail are important when you are preparing, entering, and maintaining data for orders/shipments across multiple systems. Your flexibility and curiosity will help when you are researching issues, problem-solving and supporting improvements to operational processes. 

US government position. US citizenship required.
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
High value of teamwork and collaboration. 
Ability to learn quickly and remain flexible.
Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience in ERP systems and/or database management systems.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.


Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Familiarity with government contracts.
Experience interacting with purchase order information.
Ability to follow process while exercising judgment. 
Ability to perform a high volume of systematic transactions
Experience with Microsoft Access, Visio, SharePoint, Salesforce, Oracle.
