Job Responsibilities

You are an experienced software engineer who has led high performing teams, or you have a desire to grow into a leadership role. You understand what’s involved in nurturing high performing engineering teams, establish agile and lean practices and create a data driven culture.

As a software engineer you understand the challenges associated with delivering high quality, high value software and/or services.  You have a broad interest in and understanding of the current relevant trends across areas such as UX, UI, Web Services, Cloud Computing, Continuous Delivery etc.  You are passionate about continuous improvement, unrelenting in identifying and addressing things which slow teams down or reduce their ability to deliver high quality software.
