As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will play a significant role in driving sales growth. This is a highly cross-functional position within the Global Fixed Broadband business unit in the United States. This is a great opportunity to drive projects that enable our sales channels. To be successful, you will bring fresh, creative, and innovative thinking to how we interact with our customers via our different sales and support channels.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support our retailer dealer network and other strategic partners
  • Onboarding partners. Maintaining and enforcing Marketing Guidelines and Digital Policies.
  • Manage our Viasat Partner Connect program, including quarterly Viasat Vision newsletter publication.
  • Manage 400+ unique WordPress Multisites on through partnership with external agency.
  • Ongoing support to identify and help eliminate any roadblocks for the sales channels
  • Coordinate efforts among the product, sales, training and corporate marketing teams to ensure alignment and focus with sales channels and partners
  • Brand champion working with retailers across the country to best market our services.
  • Ensure all content (partner collateral, web, and advertising) is carried out in message, look and feel consistent with our brand voice and look.
  • Maintain current materials on the Sales & Marketing Center and develop new ad creative for local retailer as products or campaigns evolve.
  • Maintain/grow attention with our sales channels through collaborative marketing partnership, which includes:
  • Aligning Marketing, Sales, and Product on messaging priorities and presentation development for events, collateral and other communications
  • Help build new capabilities for indirect channel partners.


  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales operations
  • Service oriented with strong work ethic
  • Self motivated, Creative problem solver with a strong interest & experience in sales operations and the customer experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet targets
  • Excellent communication and project management skills with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Project Management software
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to travel up to 25% travel


  • Experience working for a subscription-based organization
  • Experience working for an Internet Service Provider
  • Experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
  • MBA

At Viasat, we consider many factors when it comes to compensation, including the scope of the position as well as your background and experience. The starting salary for this position is $85,750 annually, but an offered salary may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. This position may also be eligible for other cash or stock incentives, including Viasat’s Employee Stock Purchase Program, which allows Viasat employees to purchase Viasat stock at a discount.
