Job Responsibilities
• Compliance with Company policies, standards and regulations.
• Adherence with Company Values
• Process all orders from clients on the company’s financial reporting/management system (SAP) for Product Sales & Hires / IOT.
• Arrange for new accounts for clients to be set up on SAP through accounts department, to allow processing
• Process all purchase requests for orders through SNOW and global purchasing.
• Liaise with vendors and global purchasing to ensure delivery schedules are met.
• Provide regular updates to clients on progress of orders.
• Ensure all logs and spreadsheets are updated regularly with appropriate information.
• Liaise with Logistics to ensure goods are received and delivered to clients within deadlines.
• Ensure all invoicing issues are dealt with from customers and resolved.
• Report monthly to the Sales Manager on late deliveries and any vendor issues.
• Process returns and credit appropriately.
• Maintain accurate filing systems.
• Review and update departmental documentation and processes to successfully deliver projects and services
• Provide support to other members of the sales team as required and to cover during sickness and leave.
• Any other adhoc tasks
Requirements
• Previous experience within a sales environment in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Confident telephone manner
• Flexibility and willingness to meet customer requirements as required
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment and work independently using your own initiative.
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels and participate in teamworking
• Capable of working under pressure and the ability to multi-task effectively both independently and within a team
• Flexible and willing to meet customer requirements
• Experience with standard MS Office, SAP and/or Service Now (SNOW) applications.
