Job Responsibilities

Are you passionate about performing a variety of order entry, management, and fulfillment activities in support of a fast-paced growing company? Are you a self-starter that thrives working with highly motivated people in a dynamic and informal environment?

As an Order Management Specialist, you will leverage your outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills to support the capture, entry, and fulfillment of our customer orders. You will take responsibility for extracting and verifying key contractual information from contracts, purchase orders, and other documentation before entering the information into the Oracle business systems. You will use your problem-solving skills to help resolve shipping and billing issues by interfacing and flowing contractual information to other departments such as Operations and Finance. You will help represent the customer operations team with Oracle order entry-related issues and participate in process improvement initiatives.


  • Possess strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with a multitude of cross-functional teams
  • Superior problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to establish a rapport with colleagues and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to proactively identify potential administrative issues that could complicate contract fulfillment and propose mitigating solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent amount of experience
  • US government position. US citizenship is required.


  • Experience with AI and/or automated order entry tools
  • 2+ years of experience in a government or commercial contracts-related role
  • Proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
