Job Responsibilities
  • Conducts various reporting and maintains document retention requirements. 
  • Compares internal system reports against vendor reporting to ensure vendor accuracy. 
  • Works with internal teams to improve the existing method of tracking and reporting worker's compensation claims. 
  • Coordinates and communicates with employees, internal departments, and vendors to address ergonomic requests. 
  • Maintains ergonomics system tracking while working with internal departments to implement a new system for tracking requests. 
  • Partner with P&C teams to document various benefit processes. 
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned including but not limited to the above.
  • Years of Experience: 1+ years in administrative experience in a corporate environment 
  • Education: AA/AS or equivalent experience 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Strong Excel skills 
  • Customer Service experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Detail-oriented. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS preferred 
  • Experience with web-based solutions (SharePoint and JIRA) preferred
  • Specific Technologies/Experience

The starting salary for this position is $19.39 hourly, but an offered salary may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
