Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Temporary Benefits Coordinator to assist with administering various employee benefits programs, such as group health, flexible spending accounts, dental and vision, accident and disability, life insurance, 401(k), wellness benefits, etc.  In addition, you will:

  • Maintain employee benefits filing systems and ensure benefits changes are entered appropriately in payroll system for payroll deduction.
  • Assist employees with health, dental, life and other related benefit claims.
  • Assist employees with benefits enrollment questions. 
  • Resolve administrative issues with the carrier representatives.
  • Assist with completing various benefits reporting requirements.
  • Coordination of benefit and wellness events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with employee benefits and applicable laws.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software (i.e. Excel).

Preferences

  • Experience with Workday
