As a Campaign Manager you will become a trusted partner to our Business Development team to establish positioning, identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific client objectives across our different channels and segments.  You will use your knowledge of our platforms and the market to provide recommendations to your colleagues and clients driving retention and growth among our most valuable customers by understanding their business needs, helping them succeed and demonstrating value delivered.
As part of the commercial operations  team, you will build strong narratives around reporting to help clients understand what success looks like, acting as a bridge between your colleagues in data and non-technical audiences.  You will furthermore provide support in managing client relationships, building playbooks, providing education and where required meet with clients to aid in the sales process. `
During the life cycle of each campaign, you will take end to end ownership of each stage.  From initial booking and creative upload to end of campaign reporting and financial reconciliation you will provide best in class service, while taking time to identify areas for improvement and building initiatives to close operational gaps.

Job Responsibilities
• Manage the ad-server and its related processes, ensuring best practice is followed and maintained. Actively driving efficiency by building more automation, governance and consistency
• Consistently deliver thorough campaign and creative QA and troubleshooting services for ad-hoc internal and client tagging, tracking, and reporting issues
• Monitor ongoing campaigns ensuring they are optimised to reach campaign targets, provide post campaign reporting partnering with sales to encourage renewed media investment from brands
• Utilize 3rd party ad tags ranging from simple creative setups, including standard desktop display, mobile, and 1x1 tracking, to more intricate creative setups, including but not limited to video, native, and custom creative to accurately traffic and manage media execution across sites and platforms
• Translate marketing requirements into technical solutions and requirements and vice versa
• Collaborate with multiple departments such as Product Engineers, Business Development, Design and Data & Insights to execute and monitor all custom elements per campaign
• Reconcile billable media for all activations across platforms
• Contribute to the tracking strategies on the client’s digital properties to ensure effective user and conversion measurement takes place
• Provide technical POVs on changes in the industry

Requirements
• Must have 2+ years  of experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, programmatic media buying or digital media operations
• Experience in digital advertising, marketing, and sales concepts and metrics.
• Client facing experience with the ability to identify risks and effectively manage through issues
• Business-minded with strong written and verbal communication skills, an ability to easily convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Familiarity with audience segmentation technologies and capabilities
• Understanding of traditional and interactive media planning elements
• Working knowledge of programmatic operations and strategy is a plus 
• Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Rich Media and Debugging Platforms 
• Ability to transform data driven insights into actionable plans
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks: ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management
• Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to advise partners on best practices and areas of opportunity
• Enjoy working in a collaborative team environment, and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, detail and deadline-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or the equivalent relevant professional experience
