This position is a full lifecycle Recruiter and Talent Acquisition partner to the business with the key objective to meet headcount goals and implement recruitment strategies for aligned business units. An ability to identify the highest quality candidates and guide hiring teams and candidates through the selection and interview process is a key indicator of success in the position.
Additional responsibilities include:
- Thorough and efficient capturing of candidate information and documentation within Viasat’s ATS.
- Strategic sourcing efforts using the in-house ATS and external sources to include LinkedIn and job-boards.
- Providing regular recruitment status metrics to all pertinent stakeholders.
- An ability to build relationships with key partners, hiring managers, and the wider TA and People and Culture teams.
- Providing cross-functional recruiting coverage, as needed.
Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience as a Recruiter hiring for both high-volume and niche technical and non-technical roles.
- Knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
Preferences
- Prior experience supporting recruitment for domestic and international roles.
- Prior agency or executive search experience.
- Bachelor's Degree.
