Our employee resource groups provide a chance to connect with a network of colleagues who share and celebrate similar values, beliefs, and individual identities. We have nine ERGs including:

Veterans Alliance

Provides recruitment, career growth and resources for military families and our veterans

Women's Alliance

Offers a sense of community, connection, and personal and professional development for women at Viasat

Hispanic/Latino Leadership Alliance

Focuses on Hispanic and Latino career advancement, and mentoring youth to maximize their full potential

Black Professional Alliance

Supports professional development, increased awareness of Black history and culture and the next generation of Black leaders in STEM

Pride Alliance

Encourages LGBTQ awareness and education, outreach, and professional development

Ability Alliance

Provides support and resources for increased disability awareness and education to enable people of all abilities to thrive

South Asian Alliance

Provides a platform for all our employees through social and professional South Asian influences

NextGen Alliance

Mentors the next generation of Viasat leaders who connect with peers and experienced professionals throughout the company

Builds a community of awareness, education and support for employees at all stages in family life

Veterans Alliance

Supporting our military community comes naturally to Viasat employees. With a large population of veterans and military spouses, we’re focused on continuing to grow our efforts in supporting the people who protect our way of life through recruitment, career growth and taking care of their families.

Women's Alliance

We’re committed to providing a sense of community, connection, and personal and professional development for women at Viasat. We are ensuring the next generation of women have opportunities to pursue careers in STEAM through sponsored community events and mentorship opportunities.

Pride Alliance

We’re proud of the open, safe, and equal workplace we’ve created. Regardless of sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression we’ve created an inclusive work environment where you can be part of a community that encourages LGBTQ awareness and education, outreach, and professional development.

Black Professional Alliance
