We invest in the latest green technologies to create environmentally sustainable campuses our employees feel proud to come to every day.
Employees enjoy free electric vehicle charging, events and education programs centered around environmental sustainability.
Our headquarters features an on-campus café that offers healthy meals sourced locally in partnership with food waste prevention organizations.
In December 2022, fuel cell technology was implemented on the Carlsbad campus, with two more anticipated in 2023. The fuel cells take in natural gas and convert it into electricity without combustion, resulting in fewer emissions than using natural gas alone.
