  • How many positions can I apply to?
    • You can apply to up to seven positions per month. Should you find more than seven positions you would like to submit to, please reach to us at careers@viasat.com.
  • What will help me prepare for my interview?
    • Our Careers site is a wealth of information about our culture, benefits, and more. Take some time to explore Viasat through this site, our corporate blog, tech blog, and more, and then research the specific department or business you’re interested in. (See the Teams section for a great starting point.) Also, know your resume! If we bring you in for an interview, we're very interested to hear about your past positions/experience.
  • Do you offer relocation assistance?
    • Yes, we do provide relocation assistance for jobs that qualify. Ask your recruiter about it during the interview process!
  • Do I have to have an engineering background to work at Viasat?
    • Definitely not. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds, such as marketing, finance, design, legal, and political science. You can find Viasat employees designing marketing materials, pitching new technologies to potential clients, or building the payload of a satellite. This diversity of expertise allows us to respond to the different customers, perspectives, and backgrounds we serve.
  • Do you hire interns and recent university graduates?
